How to

From a source file to a YouTube-ready dub.

Use this sequence in the workspace. Each step is a real action, not a placeholder.

  1. Create an account with Google or email. Verify email if you used a password.
  2. Choose a plan or buy Pay As You Go minutes. A subscription is not required if you purchase minutes.
  3. Upload a video. CrownVid rejects files it cannot validate. Processing starts from the original audio.
  4. Pick target languages. Minutes billed = source duration × language count.
  5. Wait for each language to reach Ready. A failed language does not destroy successful ones. Retry the failed language from Localize.
  6. Preview the dub, then approve it. Publishing requires that approval.
  7. Connect YouTube and launch. The localized title and description are sent with the upload.

If something fails, the workspace should show a specific state such as translation failed, SEO timed out while the video is still ready, or YouTube authorization expired.
